Personal Injury Claims

Auto-Accidents

On May 1, 2021, the NDP Government took away the right of car accident victims to sue for their losses, except in very few exceptional circumstances. These exceptions only apply if the at-fault driver is convicted of one of a very few criminal offences.

These changes have largely eliminated our ability to help most accident victims, but if your claim fits one of the exceptions mentioned above, or if ICBC is not giving income loss benefits or covering your medical care, please contact us.

It is important to note that you might still have a personal injury claim if your auto accident was before May 1, 2021. But time is running out for you to bring your claim. You should call us as soon as possible.
