Successful Representation
For an example of an easement dispute where we acted for the successful plaintiffs see Moyer v. Mortensen 2008, BCSC 485 on the CanLII website. Our clients in that case were people who bought property which was subject to a right-of-way easement in favour of their neighbours. The neighbours fenced the easement, preventing our clients from going from their property on one side of the easement to their property on the other side of the easement.
